📦 Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your PixelForge goodies! If something’s not right:

    14-day return window: Request a return within 14 days of delivery.

    Unused condition: Items must be unused, with no damage.

    Proof of purchase: Provide your order number or receipt.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

    Used or opened fidget toys (e.g., Egg Clickers with signs of wear).

    Custom 3D-printed items (made-to-order).

    Final sale items (marked at checkout).

💸 Refunds

    Approved returns: Refund issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

    Shipping costs: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

    Exchanges: Free replacement if the item is defective/damaged (contact us first).

🔧 Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or malfunctions:

    Contact us within 7 days at pixelforgeassist@gmail.com with photos/video.

    We’ll send a free replacement or refund after verification.

📮 Return Shipping

    Customer pays return shipping unless the return is our fault.

    Recommended tracked mail: We’re not responsible for lost return packages.
